Those turbos are good for 240-250kw atw on a 2.0l so your 1600 will struggle to make more power.

If it was me i would clean up the clutch disc area as best as possible with brakeclean. I would hazard a guess ...

Theres a 101 up there with a blacktop motor in it. Only had a very quick glimpse to confirm as it has the hydraulic tensioner at the bottom. Intake is gone.

Just measure the ring groove in the piston. Order some aftermarket rings with the ring sizes and bore size.

Looked at it, bolted a rear hub, disc and wheel on, Swore and laughed at the same time, then looked at it some more while thinking about things I need to do to it.
Oh also cleaned and painted the front subframe.
Made a list of Parts I need.

Angle grinder with a cutting disc. I just cut out little bits at a time till it fitted. Then cleaned up the edges so it looked smooth.

Ive used both 2500 and 3000 pads on the track, and yes they were brand new pads. They were pretty good, but I'm quite aggressive under brakes and I couldnt get anymore than 3 laps out of them at Manfield. Pedal would still be hard but braking would be greatly reduced when hot. The pads were flaking ...

The building, hoists and dyno are all owned by a family trust, so the equipment will still be available. From what ive heard the dyno will be available for hire and Geoff will still be wiring, but I think he will be working for somebody this time.
