with a properly set up CNG or LPG system, you can have HUGE gains.
but you need to have it set up right,
not just a poor job of getting a Petrol system to run gas.
LPG and CNG have the similar cooling effects as Nitrous Oxide (not the same level of change in torque)
and due to its gaseous state and Higher octane (and the Pressure that you can inject it into the engine under)
It responds very very well to high boost environments.
Over in Australia they have a company called Gas Research, they make performance Gas conversion kits,
they have _THE_ fastest NA's around, (I'm talking for the average joe blow, not specialised applications either)
We are talking HQ Kingswood, with a Gas research manifolds, ported Black motor Head, running straight gas = 160.2 rwKw
Its all about how you use it.
and Also, you can Use LPG as a fuel for Drag racing over here, (just not anything else)
