Yeah dude, mine used to do the same thing. Check the rear engine mount or the small rubber exhaust mount that sits on the rear of the front subframe. Also, if you have the time check that all your front subframe bolts are done up properly. After I had my gearbox replaced, I noticed a clicking sound in that same area, and the subframe bolts were all a little loose. Make sure they are properly torqued up.
Proberly the best thing you can do is take it to a mechanic's and put it up on a hoist and check everything underneath it. I did that and found that alot of things weren't as tight as they were suppose to be and the exhaust mount was completely stuffed. I don't have any funny noise's now.
