Firstly, please turn off your f_ucking caps lock when posting.

Secondly, on the tire wall it should state the recommended pressure that the tyre should be pumped up to.

What is the tyre on?
What conditions is the tyre being used in i.e road driving, off road etc etc ?
What is the PSI Range markings on the trye?

You will find if you post a little more info up front others might be more inclined to reply

Oh and typing without the capitals always helps too

personally i think 32-36 is a good range to have tyres at, unless you want to blow them or get too much sidewall flex.

Of course, my Marina is an exception... 38psi all round :P

You still havent supplied enough information.

You need to state what type of car it is and color. Its important to know weight distribution.
What area you race on the road in. Pressures should change dependant on road conditions.

And your licence plate number. So that if i see someone being an idiot on public roads, fitting the description of the car in my first question, in the location you described in the second, I can identify it and either ring the police or direct you off the road before you hurt someone.

Keep it on the track!

Listen to leon, the rest of them are trying to lead you astray and you'll have under-inflated tyres.
