4agze wiring - Lets Play "GUESS THAT PLUG!"

Postby SpeedRacer » Tue May 16, 2006 3:18 pm

I know this is a long shot but here goes!

Converting my 4AGE bigport redtop to an ae101 4agze but turboed. my delima is that all the plugs are different (almost).

does anyone have any pics or anything to help me tell which plug goes where?

Its mostly alternator (was cut so I have to use 4age plugs), CAS, coils and ignitors. all the others i have figured.

thanks in advance

can you make better pictures?
#7 A/C plug
#8 Cold start water temperature switch plug
#9 WTS plug
...
I think 1,2,3 should go in fuse box
#12 maybe knock sensor

I'll take 8 and 9 are water temp sensors that's behide the head? ..but i could be wrong..

If you go to maybe club4ag.com and look at the spec sheet wiring for the 4agze(if they have them) there should be some picture at the back ground showing the plug.

Else use a multi meter to trace the plug back to where is plug to the ecu and see which pin are they.

11 Injector plug (cold start?)
23 ISCV (idle speed control valve)
19 TPS
6 - 7 AC idle up lines, one before and one after throttle body (order does not matter).
18 Goes to inlet manifold, same way as NA one, thorugh a damper.
15 AC pressure switches, one pair of those need to be shorted across to stop the fan going all the time.
22 Might go to fuse box.

Have you connected speed sensor plug? #19 is very similar, also #10 is similar to reverse switch.
