Pin #1 -> Speed Input ( From Speedo ?)
Pins # 2 & #7 -> Ground
Pin #14 -> +5v
Pin #12 -> Speed output (to ECU)
Cut the speed input to the ECU and put this I/C inline and it should solve your 180km/h problems

I'm not sure if the PS and ABS run from their own circuitry though, or if the ECU controls them...
For example, PS normally 'turns off' at about 80kph IIRC, now it wont do the same till you're going 160kph. (assuming it runs from the same speed output that the ECU recieves)
