IS300's come out with 2JZ-GE's, so i'm sure it'll just be a turbo engine upgrade and supporting mods to get it going. pretty easy.
A little bit more tricky unless the IS300 Subframe bolts up to a IS200/RS200 chassis (which it prob does)
