for the mk4, try and find a remote shift one from a z30 or x90 or x100, as this will line up with your drive tunnel, where as the mk3 ones are rear mount, and don't sit far enough back, so need to cut the body. expect to pay more for the remote shift ones though.
should handle the power you're after easily enough, same as anything really, treat them well, and they'll work fine.

My ACT MAXX Extreme from the US exploded on a 434KW run (drive straps on the pressure plate went). I would recommend twin or better if you plan on going past 400KW.
