Postby Mr. Mainstream » Thu Oct 09, 2008 10:52 pm

Quiet At Work So If Anyone Would Like any sort of sheetmetal work done eg Airbox, panels, bench covers, shelves etc etc am able to do cheap Stainless, galv, Marine grade most types of metal up to 3mm-3.5mm with full access to CNC tools.

Can also Powdercoat to a high standard anything unless crazy long. black and white cheap. other colours are at a slight premium. willing to acid wash but up to you to prep/blast.

hey I have a bit of checker plate (about 280x170) filling in a gap in my dashboard where the stereo and ash tray went. i currently have it mounted in the glovebox. reckon you could weld some mounts to the back of the peice of checker plate and cut a hole for the head unit.

maybe give you the bit of checkerplate and dimentions of head unit? should really make some mount to attach it to the dash frame to support it properly but mite b ok without it, and you would need to have the car for that. carsa ke30 corolla

For that, depending on exactly what engine it's for, you might be able to get something like that through either Autobend or Chase exhaust supplies

I need to get 3 flanges made, i have gaskets for all of them for sample sizing.

1 is a turbo > manifold flange vf10 turbo.
the other is, manifold > head flange, 4 cyl 2.0l

Are you able to mod an already existing catch can? I am not sure at all of the internal structure, would like to check if a baffle is in there and then add steel wool and possible get a bracket added to it?
