They're not plugged into the ecu, the plug or even to be found at all. And the car has been running for at least two years like this?
I'll get some photos later in the week if possible. One of the other plugs has a distributor signal though, surely this wouldn't be enough to make up for that though? I mean, that is there from factory too

On a related note, how do the gen 2 plugs work? They're slightly different to the gen 3 ones so I'm having trouble getting the pins out
