Yeah I run the ST-202 LSD box and its stood up to the pressure very well.
Only prob I had was after around 8 or so drag runs the box got a lil' crunchy. But i've stuck a cooler on it now and havent had any probs since.

Acctually i was under the impression that 4 point harnesses were leagal for street use as long as they used the quick release twist latch, rather than the more common lock latch?

Im sure I read that somewhere, or has that changed?

I thought the only thing the LTSA had against them, was that in ...

Well, just as speculation, i'd find it pretty damn odd if the BEAMS engine had different mounts to other 3S-GEs. Im pretty sure you'll find all Celica mounted 3S-GEs have the same mount points, reguardless of model

Yup, listen to Oizo, ST-185s dont have BOVs, and dont really need em.
Why? Because the AFM flapper acctually prevents compressor surge to a fair degree, it only opens inwards.
Plus if you do get a BOV, it will need to be a plumb back or %50 plumb back type, else statement #1 of the first question ...

FYI The Gen III 3S-GTE can be takin up to 8000rpm due to its shim under bucket design so i've read, but you wouldnt be making stuff all power up there without mucking with the cams i'm guessing.

I think most if not all factory LSD toyota boxes are viscous?
All my stuff was secondhand aswell, fark paying new prices.
I think Toyotas Galore (think thats what they called) had a 202 LSD box recently, but they wanted $1200

I got the box cheap, but they usually go for about $1000
Dunno how much the shafts were, cant see them being expensive.
Same goes for getting them machined
Everything else is 182, cept maybe the clutch slave, which i think came with the box.
