as above, have you bridged the neutral start switch/inhibitor. need to do that when going auto-manual but otherwise should be fine.

Ive used tins of paint on hammerite many times. Averaged 3ish years before it started to look like it needed re-doing.
Prep is pretty important though to make sure it keys in fine in the first place.

Drill holes around the centre crush tube until you can remove it, then carefully with a hacksaw cut into the metal housing a couple of times, it comes out.
Hugely easier with a press, but if you've not got access to one, that method works well. Not as messy as burning the bush out either.

Hundie for a front set?
I'd probably sell for around that. If I was looking to buy I would say ~60 though. Depending on use the calipers are where the money is. 2nd hand discs not worth much.

these colours match?:

red: 12v ignition
yellow: 12v constant
Black: Earth
Green: Rear Laft + (stripe -)
violet: Rear Right
White: Front Left
Grey: Front Right

Blue/white stripe: External amp control
Blue: Antenna relay signal/control.

got a multimeter?, test whatever you unplugged from and you should be able to see which tw to bridge. (assuming no-one says the exact wires)

as above, pretty easy job that can be done one lazy morning, but if you dont have much of a mechanical apitude def get a mate or just leave with the mechanic to do

I always losened (just loosened) the tophat nut before removing the strut .
From memory on mine had to disconnect brake lines as ...

have to be careful with stats like that though. Really it indicates the 25% increase in it being reported. Thats not to say in reality it has gone up or down,just the stats of what is 'considered' to be violence or sex crimes has grown. Graphs, polls and numbers can be made to say anything when ...
